Remove VirtualBox from Ubuntu

Stuck in scale mode?
To get out of the scale mode, where the screen reshapes itself but the resolution is the same, press the right "control" key and the "home" key. This can also be configured in the VirtualBox File > Preferences > Input.
This works on my Ubuntu installation of Oracle VirtualBox.
